Dennis is the founder and Chairman of the Board of Westchester Publishing Services. Dennis founded his company as a typesetting business based out of New York City. In 1982, he acquired the Westchester Book Group to extend the services available to his clients. Through the 1980s and 1990s, he continued to build the company’s presence and reputation for high quality in the typesetting and editorial services market.

While most US-based competitors were acquired by parent companies based in India during the mid and late 1990s, Westchester Book Group resisted this trend, and in 2008 acquired Antares Publishing Services, an India-based typesetting business. Dennis envisioned a global services company, leveraging the cost-effectiveness of an overseas facility, that also delivers on the commitment and reputation for providing high-quality services to publishing firms.

In late 2014, he transformed his business into a 100% employee-owned company through an ESOP, and renamed the firm to what it is known as today: Westchester Publishing Services. Today, Westchester continues to provide market-leading quality editorial and composition services to publishers in numerous publishing segments. Headquartered in Danbury, CT, clients receive US-based editorial services and customer service, along with cost-effective composition and digital file (eBooks) production through its wholly-owned subsidiary in Chennai, India.
