Celeste Bilyard – Production Manager, Journal Services
Celeste joined Westchester’s growing journals department in 2008. During her time here at Westchester, Celeste has made significant contributions to ensure we meet the expanding needs of our clients while maintaining our policy of effective and timely delivery of product. In early 2018, Celeste was named Production Manager of Journal Services, overseeing a team that handles nearly 100 medical and bio-technical journals from article acceptance, through print and online publication.
Celeste began her publishing career with Greenwood Publishing Group where she held multiple roles in their editorial and production departments.
