Deb Taylor – President
As President, Deb oversees the three business units that comprise Westchester Publishing Services. She identifies strategic initiatives and new service offerings that provide our clients with the ideal balance of proven technology and the human expertise our knowledgeable staff bring to every project they work on. The hundreds of publisher and content provider clients around the world who entrust their projects to Westchester are always assured of an experience that is efficient, thorough, and consistent, resulting in a finished product they can be proud of.
Deb brings her extensive knowledge as an operations leader to her role, drawing upon more than two decades of experience in operations, sales, marketing, business development, and client relationship positions at companies including Harris Connect, Connex International, and 360Alumni. Deb earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Susquehanna University.
